For dog grooming shops

The whole grooming day, built around the dog.

Cardelle runs a grooming shop from first inquiry to pickup: the drop-off schedule, every dog's history, intake and reminders by text, leads, and payments matched to the right appointment.

The day, at a glance

A drop-off schedule per groomer with the four times that matter: dropped off, groom started, groom finished, picked up.

Every dog's history

Client and dog profiles with breed, weight, vaccines, handling notes, photos and every past groom.

Intake by text

New clients fill in their details and their dog's on their phone before the first visit, with text-message consent recorded.

Texts that send themselves

Booking confirmations, reminders and ready-for-pickup texts from the shop's own number, written as templates the shop controls, plus a two-way inbox.

Leads in one place

Inquiries from the shop's website and, when the owner connects it, the shop's Google Local Services Ads account, side by side with client texts.

Payments matched

Charges from the shop's Poynt terminal land on the right client and appointment, with tips.

Where it stands

Cardelle is in early, invitation-only use with a grooming shop in California and isn't open for sign-ups yet. Shop staff sign in with the account their shop gave them; pet owners never need an account. They hear from their shop by text.

When a shop owner connects their Google Local Services Ads account, Cardelle reads that account's leads so they show up in the shop's inbox next to its texts. That's the only Google data Cardelle uses; see the Privacy Policy.
